Hello!  ​I am a social scientist with a background across literature, innovation and management; currently an Assistant Professor in the department of Organization Studies at Tilburg University (Netherlands) and Research Fellow at Human Futures Institute, a foresight think tank.

I think about human-centric digitalization (as a concept, implications, organizational adaptation), as well as how organizations can think about their future social and human operating environment, so as to make socially- and environmentally- sustainable decisions today (long-term strategy tools).
